Lost & Damage Informationadminclare

Nobody likes to receive an order that has been damaged or one that never turns up. I take great care in making sure your order is securely packaged – it may mean that there is loads of recycled paper used to package a box, your order is wrapped in bubble wrap and taped up quite cosy. I just want to protect your order from damage.

Lost – If you have not received your order after 10 working days from your email notification you must contact me at your earliest convenience via email so an insurance claim can be made to Royal Mail / Courier.

Damaged – In the event that your order has arrived damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt by email with details including photographic evidence of both damage to the item/s and the packaging where it shows the damage. This will enable us to claim on the insurance. Refunds for damaged in transit will be process within 30 days.

Returning all items will be a cost to you the buyer and will be required to return the item using the same mail class as it was sent to you. Handmade Crafts by Clare cannot accept liability for lost in transit.

Personalised Items – I cannot accept returns for personalised items unless your order has been damaged in transit.
