How do I return an item?

How do I make a payment?
Our website uses PayPal to process your payment, this keeps your payment information secure. You can either use your PayPal account or debit / credit card to pay for the order. Handmade Crafts by Clare or Connex Service Group does not receive or have access to your bank or card details.
 

How do I track my order?
Handmade Crafts by Clare send all order via either Royal Mail Signed For or through a courier (if heavier weight then 2kg). Signed For is not a tracked product. We will where possible email you your tracking number for your order.
 

What is ‘My Account’?
This is where you can update lots of things, from your address to shipping addresses. You can access your wish list from here too. Any orders you make with us will be shown on here along with an order status. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
 

How do I unlock my account?
Should you get locked out of your account for some reason, you will need to reset your password.
 

How do I change my password?
You can edit your pass by clicking on the change password link.
 

How to place an order?
You can place an order by selecting the products you wish to purchase, select the options available to you and click add to basket.
 

How do I cancel my order
Distance Selling Regulations state that your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and does not end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods. What is your returns policy

If you wish to return an order that is faulty please view the details here.

Handmade Crafts by Clare cannot accept orders for return that have been personalised unless faulty/damaged in transit

 

How long does it take to get a refund after I have returned my item?
Damaged / Lost in transit – Refunds for damaged in transit will be processed within 30 days. All other eligible refunds will be processed within 5 workings day from receipt of returned item providing the item/s are in the same condition as they were dispatched as.
