Deliveries may take longer then expected with Royal Mail and courier services due to the COVID-19 and government guidelines/information. 

Delivery information is provided within your basket. I use Royal Mail Signed For service to keep track that orders have been delivered so a signature may be required on delivery up to a weight of 0.250kg.

Orders between 0.251kg and 10kg are sent via courier. There are several options to chose from at checkout.

Economy Service:

  • Delivery excepted within 3 to 5 working days

Standard Service:

  • Delivery excepted within 2 to 3 working days

You also have the option whether to sign for your ordered too.

Non Signed Option:

  • Courier will leave your order in a safe place and place a card through your door

Signed Option:

  • A signature will be required upon delivery of a person aged 18 or over. If you are not home when attempted delivery takes place then a card will be put through your door for to arrange re-delivery.

All methods are tracked and updated with attempted or successful delivery.

The above delivery timescales are only estimated and on occasion may be delivered later then expected. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting me.

If you require a guaranteed delivery date then please contact me directly via email to discuss the options available.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. Handmade Crafts by Clare cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to incorrect address details. The delivery services we use require a signature on most occasions. If you indicate that a package can be left at your home or with a neighbour, then this is done at your own risk.

Please be aware, if delivery is attempted and you are not available then you may be asked to collect from a local depot, or they may offer to rearrange delivery. Should you not collect within the required timeframe of the courier then your parcel may either be destroyed or auctioned by the courier.  Alternatively, they may return it to us.

We are unable to provide a refund if the above happens. Should the parcel be returned to us, we may offer to send again at your expense.
